About Thrive
Thrive is a group for married couples with or without children. Our focus is to help couples grow in their faith, in their marriage, and even in their parenting.
We meet regularly on Thursday nights September through May for fellowship, teaching, and small groups where we discuss application questions from the weekend sermon, in addition to fun activities and small group fellowships.
Being a ministry for married couples, we are able to discuss and apply these sermons to our current situations in life and marriage. At the same time, Thrive is more than a traditional Compass Small Group because it consists of many small groups that all gather in the same place at the same time—all of whom happen to be in similar seasons of life. For this reason, we are able to have special sermons on occasion that target specific issues in marriage and parenting.
A typical Thrive night consists of family dinner at 5:30pm (immediately before Awana), a marriage-based sermon on the weekly topic, and then small groups with kid-free discussion.
Visit the welcome table Thursday nights if you are new and get plugged in with a small group.
