Cindy is passionate about serving the Lord and leveraging her expertise to further the mission of Compass Bible Church. Recruited in 2023 as Database Manager, she brings a unique ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data, uncovering the connections and insights others might overlook, which drive critical ministry engagement and personal involvement across the church body. Her previous career in high-end commercial real estate management forged her in the fire of Orange County’s cutthroat business world, making her an award-winning rising star with a no-nonsense approach to numbers and business.

While her professional background is marked by success and a data-driven mindset, Cindy also knows how to enjoy life, loves to laugh, and always finds goofy moments with her friends and loved ones. Cindy and her husband began attending Compass Bible Institute in 2021 and soon made Compass their church home. She feels privileged to contribute her skills to support the Lord’s ministries through Compass Bible Church.
