Steffanie was born and raised in South Orange County and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Irvine. She married her husband, Michael, in August 2017. Before joining Compass, Steffanie worked as an analyst and legal assistant in the IP law, medical device, and industrial supply industries.

Steffanie and Michael have been at Compass since 2018 and are involved in a number of ministries. They have two young sons, John and Christian.
